Happy Yess
Opening tonight, Feb 7 2008, 8pm. The theme for 2008 is BE PART OF IT! - starting with STROKENOTE, an Interactive Art Opening by Emma Stocker where YOU make the art in situ and hang it on the walls - all inspired by some of Darwin's most exciting local musicians, Damon Pearson and Moses. TOGART Contemporary Art Award (NT) 2008

Applications for pre-selection closes 14 March
The Award is open to artist's whose practice is strongly associated with the Northern Territory or the surrounding region. Interstate artists whose work meets the criteria may apply. Emerging artists are strongly encouraged to apply. Togart anticipates that the Award will tour to Alice Springs in October, to coincide with the Regional Arts Australia conference.
